I’ve taken my vehicle here twice now, & both times the service they’ve provided has been excellent! Jordan and AJ help guide their customers during the entire process with the insurance agents on the repairs and help explain each detail. The insurance company on the second incident was not great to work with and if it weren’t for AJ, I would’ve been stuck in the insurance company’s claims “process” system of their app for who knows how long before they decided to actually move it along and get it taken care of properly with a supervisor who could approve the overrides and allow the experts at the body shop to do their job. Trust them to take care of your vehicle and be honest and fair.

I was recently in a car accident and my Miata was damaged when a lady backed into me. Unfortunately, her insurance decided it cost more to fix than the car was worth, so I didn’t get any repairs but I just want to say how much I appreciated AJ and his staff. They were super honest and helpful. I will definitely call them again if I need car work done.

I have used Carstar in the past and I had a small bumper repair early this year and appreciated the service. Jordan helped make the process smooth and easy. Subsequetly, there were 2 different issues with sensors that didn't operate. I finally got my Tahoe back in about 10 months after the initial repair when Aaron took care of it. They even washed my very dirty vehicle. Though the sensors were not working initially they took responsibility and fixed it no questions asked and went the extra mile. Great customer service. I had a small fender bender. A critical steel plate was damaged and the car was totaled. The folks there walked me through the whole process and worked everything out with the insurance company. I was very pleased with the way things worked out.

Aaron got my car into the shop within a couple days after my accident, which I was so grateful for because the damage was so ugly on my car. Although I didn’t get updates unless I myself called, the overall service was really good. When I picked up my car, it looked just like new and they even vacuumed and washed my car! They are great and if I am having to need service again(which I hope I won’t for any type of damage), I will definitely be going to them again 👏🏼

Horrible customer service. I took my car to the west Kellogg location and it ended up at the east location. It took them 4+ months to fix my bumper and I get that it could be a parts issue, but no communication on their part. When I finally received my vehicle back there was a huge crack in my front windshield. They basically said it wasn’t their fault and I had to fix it myself. Mind you the windshield was perfectly fine before it went into the shop.
