Greg is very professional! The way he speaks to people in person and on the phone shows that he cares about customer service. The quality if work along with his attitude is why I rated them a 5. Will be taking my car, as well as my 2 kid's cars there from now on.

Good work on the oil change, but it took well over an hour and no one ever communicated to me about a delay or just to say "Hey, we are behind, but your car is next," or something of that sort to reassure me that I hadn't been forgotten. When I first checked in, the guy told me about 45 minutes. So an hour and a half with no communication is frustrating.
