Took 15 days to paint and replace a part that is a cover to vehicle, do not need it to drive. Then did not address extra concerns initially which took more time to wait on glass guy. Charged $99 to reconnect defrost to rear window (which failed by them 2 times prior). Picked up vehicle and rear wiper on stick was engaged and not working. They take no responsibility. Did not drop off in rain so no reason to have on. Was told glass guy tested rear defrost which means he was in vehicle to do so and they washed my vehicle as well so they could have left it on then. Only suggestions was for me to have them look at it. I feel set up. Do not reccomend.
Staff and clinicians are very friendly and helpful. They gave me an estimation in about 10 minutes for some small damages to my car and emailed to me immediately. They also followed up with scheduling for the work. Great experience with them.
I went in to get an estimate on my car back on early September. They didnt have any openings until mid October. I dropped off my vehicle Oct 11 and it is now December 1st and they have not worked on car. They keep going back and forth with the insurance when they had a whole month back in September to sort that out. When I call to get an update on the vehicle I'm always transferred to voice-mail. I ve been forced to drive all the way to the shop to get any sort of update. DO NOT RECOMMEND please go elsewhere.
Service was great and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable.
Top notch customer service… knowledgeable staff, courteous, and great communication from the day I brought vehicle in until day it was completed and picked up. Marissa made getting our vehicle fixed an easy button!! Thank you!
