Derrick deserves a raise! I’m a State Farm agent and I deal with a lot of claims and repair shops. Sure enough my very own garage took a bite out of my car. With that being said I live a little over a hour away and Derrick was so pleasant to work with my schedule as well as very speedy! The work was beautifully done. Very impressed. I was referred to Hendrick Collision Center for repair as my Highlander had a significant amount of hail damage due to a recent storm. My referral promised that I would receive excellent work and customer service. When I took my vehicle in for service, the greeting I received from the ladies at the front desk was very welcoming. When the collision manager, Paul Retter met with me regarding the repair expectations and timeliness, I felt a sense of security with leaving my vehicle with them. I'm sure that expected dates of delivery are given on a case by case basis, I was promised a two week turnaround time and it was exactly that! The repair work done was impeccable and my vehicle looks brand new! Although my car is never really dirty, I can tell they even cleaned out the inside and shined my tires. I HIGHLY recommend Hendrick Collision Center for your auto body and collision repair needs. They will not disappoint! K. Davis
