This place is awesome and such a welcoming environment. I have used them 3 times and they have never failed to impress me. They always go the extra mile. They also got my car back to me ahead of schedule. Their customer service and their care for their customers is exceptional. Brad Shelton and the rest of his team do an amazing job and they are easy to work with even with insurance also. I highly recommend this place above all the other repair places. A 10/10! If you ever need a repair, Shelton is there for you. I hope you will come to Shelton. Thank you for reading this review. I hope you enjoyed Shelton as much as I did.

They did what they said they would do and the repairs to my truck looked great. Cort was my client representative, who kept me informed and answered any questions I had. I chose them because Shelton advertises on our parish website in Mulvane. I like to support businesses that support what is important to me.

Highly recommend Shelton Collision Repair! I hit a deer (first time ever) and was a little anxious about the whole process to get it fixed. Shelton took care of everything! They dealt with my insurance and did all of the paperwork for it. My Jeep is as pretty as if I never hit a deer! I am very pleased and would highly recommend them!!

Sheltons did a great job replacing the front bumper on my car after a snow/ice related incident. Kenny walked me through the entire process and the friendly staff kept me updated and were done when they said they would be. Great experience all around! Highly recommend Sheltons for all automotive body work.

I’ve dealt with lots of body shops over the years as many people have I tried this body shop based on appearance, and it was one of the best choices that I’ve made. They got me in as I asked as the other body shop that I’ve used put me on the back burner and told me it was three weeks before they can get me in to look at it, I was extremely happy with the workmanship and everything they did

My truck looked good but they need to learn to communicate with each other and their customers. Its not very helpful when your given 2 different dates as to when you'll get your vehicle

Trenton, I am sorry that we fell short on the communication and the dates. Our records show we got the truck done 6 days earlier than what we originally told you. I am happy that you are pleased with how the truck looked and the quality. We can't hit a homerun every time so if we fall short on the communication but still produce quality repairs we feel we errored to the correct side. I would be very disappointed if we fell short on the quality as you would see that every time you look at your truck. We’re sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied with our body shop, but we always strive to improve, and your feedback is invaluable for that process.
