Chris was absolutely amazing. Called and told me and discussed all repairs throughout the process. Absolutely the best! I will not pick anybody else in Wichita. Amber at the front was awesome as well. She helped me get the rental and return it. She just went above an beyond. Best experience EVER!!!

Hi! My name is Sam, and I recently had work done for my car at the shop on E 32nd St N. I am at a loss of words for the amazing service provided by the staff! Amber helped me call Enterprise for a rental pick-up and check it back it at the Gerber shop. So convenient! Chris helped me get my tail gate parts ordered and ready for service so quickly. When I had follow up concerns, he met with me right away. The staff really take care of their people! Thank you for an awesome experience!

The woman who assessed my car misses several things that were damaged. I tooky car to a person in Harper Kansas who pointed out several details this woman missed. She was also unfriendly and said she had 10 years of experience. The man I took it to has over 40 years of experience.

Gerber is an outstanding body shop. They work with you every step of the way, going above and beyond! I didn't have to guess, they kept me informed at all times. Professional, personable, friendly, and so respectful. After the work was done my car looked brand new, it was clean too! Special thanks to Christopher, Amber, and Keith.
