"Gerber Collision & Glass", but they don't have any glass technicians employed at their Junction City location. Kind of defeats the purpose of the company name.

Extremely professional and dedicated staff. Gerber Collision did an outstanding job with repairing my vehicle. We received regular detailed updates on the progress throughout the timely repair process. I recommend this business to anyone needing collision repair.

I went for a second opinion on a collision claim for insurance. I expressed my thoughts about a questionable repair estimate I received from another shop. The estimator at Gerber agreed with me on two of the repairs that the other shop wrote up that didn’t need to be repaired. The third item she explained to me why it needed to be repaired/replaced. After some education I could see why. The estimate from Gerber was $2000 less than the other shop which made me happy since the other shop’s estimate put my car on the verge of being totaled for a minor accident.

They have my truck for almost a month now and they still keep saying i meed to put together. I understand its a bumper. How come if its a body maybe takes them 6months to fix. They keep pushing it next week.not recommended this place . They dont help u and not even try. Maybe they been using the truck who knows..

Showed up today to drop my car off because it needs repaired from an accident that happened on the 14th. State Farm set everything up stating that today at 11 I would be getting repairs done. When I got here I was told it was just an estimate. Insurance told me everything was taken care of. Now I have to figure out how to get a rental car again because it won’t be able to be brought in to be fixed until the 8th or after. Staff was incredibly rude about the entire situation insinuating that they didn’t receive the same information I did, which may be true, but they should have done a better job at communicating with myself and insurance since there was obviously a huge miscommunication. Because now my vehicle will be going almost a month without being repaired. I submitted everything I was instructed to submit. This also isn’t the only time this has happened, they made a comment about this happening to lots of clients recently. So obviously that’s an issue between them and insurance and not the party who’s trying to get their vehicle repaired. No efforts to squeeze it in or make it right. Will update rating after the vehicle is fixed unless that gets messed up too. Attitude with the estimate agent (Rebecca) and front desk lady were extremely unprofessional. Felt personally attacked when I just came in and communicated what was passed on to me by insurance without being rude, didn’t cause a scene or make a big fuss. Was genuinely confused and trying to figure out where the disconnect was, and this is what happened.

I was directed here by an insurance company after someone had backed into my vehicle while unoccupied. The estimated repair time was about 2 weeks. The repairs were done 3 day early and looked amazing! My rear quarter panel looked brand new, as if nothing happened. I would definitely recommend them for any auto body repair needs!
