Midway exceeded my expectations by doing a free safety check of my vehicle to make sure it was ready for winter weather. I appreciate the video the service technician made showing what he checked.

Another excellent service experience at Midway Ford in McPherson, KS. I've really come to appreciate the video status updates the technicians put together during the service. It allows me to see what they see as they evaluate different components and associated wear and tear. Took about an hour. Everyone was friendly and nice. Very satisfied.

I was traveling alone and in the 3rd hour of an 8 hr drive when my tire pressure light came on. I stopped at a station and used the air station on each tire. The tire pressure light was still on. I Googled a "tire place". As I drove towards the "tire place", I saw the Midway Ford sign. I walked in and the salesman took me to the service dept. A wonderful young woman(sign on her computer read "Axe Master") listened to my story and got me in right away to check my tires.Not only did the tech add air to my tires, they washed my car!! NO CHARGE for any of the services! Wow!! I give Midway an A+. ( I'm a retired teacher.)

Outstanding service department. The service techs are first class - providing top notch customer service. Are not many service departments the caliber of Midway Ford.

Great selection of vehicles to choose from and if you're in the market for a new pickup you can't go wrong at Midway Motors!!

We got our truck serviced here for the first time. All went well except for getting our tires rotated. That was supposed to be done, but they said the tires were chopping and couldn’t do it. They then proceeded to tell me I needed to look at getting news tires and they just happened to be having a sale coming up. This was frustrating because the truck doesn’t need new tires yet, but they did need rotated. My husband rotated the tires himself when he replaced my brake pads. I don’t appreciate someone trying to sell me something that’s not a needed.

Midway got me in fairly quickly to change a tire with no appointment. I realized they were very busy the day I went in, still they found the time to take care of me and I appreciate their effort.

My experience was like being taken care of by my dad. I was treated with respect and kindness. The team at Midway was very polite, professional, and very thorough. I will highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. The service after the sale has been top notch. THANK YOU to the entire staff.

Polite, friendly service, I appreciate the local shuttle. I like the maintenance package/ free vehicle inspections. Diagnostics appear to be accurate. Would have scored higher but parts always seem to require ordering, first available service date to fix power steering issue was a few weeks out, and time estimate to repair was a day and a half with no loaner available. I was able to find same service at Town and Country repair in Lindsborg one week sooner, repair only took one day and bid was $500 less.
