Friend locked my keys in the truck as we were moving. They answered the phone 3hrs after they were already closed on a Saturday and came and unlocked it within 3mins. YOU CANNOT BEAT THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE 10 STARS
Pricing of work done was good. But when a company breaks something else on the vehicle and it's pointed out to them it should be accountable through them. Instead of being told they didn't do it and their not accountable for it. Does that mean you don't stand behind your work also because your not accountable for it? What happen to people taking pride in their work to go the extra mile to make sure it's put back the was it came in. Now I'm left with trying to fix what you didn't fix after you pulled it down. I even have a picture to prove the lining of my car wasn't falling down until the glass was replaced. I guess we live and learn about using small businesses in a small town doesn't mean that they care about their customers. You expect this from corporate companies not small town owned companies. Will not recommend this company to friends.
I normally dont leave reviews.Th ed gentlemen helped me yesterday is very generous, honest, and knowledgeable. I appreciate his help so much. He saved me time , tons of money, and got me back to the road no time.
