Invested time making sure I understood what was wrong with my car, when other mechanics claimed they already knew what was wrong with it, just from hearing the symptoms, and wouldn't give me the time of day, saying they couldn't find time in their schedule to fix that issue. Matt looked into it thoroughly, and it wasn't that issue at all. Answered all my questions and concerns without ever losing patience.
