I don't know, took my vehicle in, told them what was wrong with it just to get a call 2 days later telling me what was wrong with it. Gotta love it. Still waiting on my vehicle. *****UPDATE***** I am once again, returning my vehicle to Merle Snider, for the 4th trip, because the 3rd time was NOT a charm. I went in to talk to the ** in the office, who proceeded to tell me my vehicle was old and worn out, slamming his hand on the counter and threatening me in the process. The lead mechanic(?) In the shop told me it was a head gasket, this guy said, no, he didn't, it's the intake. I don't think he's been out to look at it for one, and 2, I know what I was told by the little guy out in the shop. On top of the leak, they burned the new flex pipe up that I bought, and just left it, and my heater no longer works as well. We shall see what happens, I don't expect anything will be done correctly, BUT if by chance it is, I will definitely post that too. I hope they redeem themselves on round 4. We shall see. To be continued... This turn was not a charm either. My vehicle came out worse than it went in again. My engine has never made any noise before but it does now. I will never take any vehicle to them again, that's for sure. In my opinion, they suck.
