ICS in Derby took on the repair of my modified 1994 Japanese import Toyota Hilux SURF without hesitation. Their commitment to repairing my truck back to how it was is unparalleled. James and his team have worked with me every step of the way for sourcing the hard to find parts. Their fiberglass tech repaired my bumper cover so that it is now the best looking part of my truck and James has over 20 years experience painting and matched the custom paint flawlessly. If you have a repair needed and want it done right, you need to call ICS.

I called to get a quote on a repair and was treated poorly. The lady on the phone stated she didn't want to waste her workers time to give me a quote if I wasn't going to get it repaired when I was just simply trying to make a claim to get it repaired.

May 25, 2023Unfortunately I do not know who you are however, we are currently scheduling repairs approximately 2 weeks out at this time. Most insurers will provide you with a curb sheet quote and then you are able to schedule your repairs with whomever you like. My husband and I have been waiting on an estimate for over a month on our RV and can’t get a return call from James, who we think is the owner.

Had a great experience with the ICS team. Everyone I met there was passionate about what they do and they were very detailed and I felt like my car was in the good hands. My car looks just as good as when I purchased it and I can’t tell that anything has been worked on. The ICS team prioritizes quality and safety above all else. If I need my car worked on, I’m going to them.

James and Tera were great to deal with...unfortunately my car was a total loss as insurance deemed it unsaveable but....if you have a vehicle that you want repaired properly this is the place to go. They look out for you and your safety and satisfaction , not the insurance companies.

Terrible experience with the lady that answers the phone. Showed up with the vehicle and still have not got a quote back… Called today to try and get the quote…Very condescending from the start and telling me she has to get off so she can answer other calls that are coming in… SUPER RUDE! Lost my business.
