Not everyone calling you has had their car repoed Or has done you wrong should be more nice on the phone three days in a row calling and they’re the ones who are rescheduling the appointment but when you need an appointment it’s a problem customer service is everything the creamers through the top and sourness drives the bottom

Mar 25, 2024So your review is rather confusing - You work for a company that puts Interlock devices in peoples vehicles, we are the company who repossesses vehicles, we happened to have secured a vehicle where there was one of your company's breathalyzer's installed , you called our office to set an appointment to have the device removed, your appointment was set for today 02/29/2024 @ 11am - you called to verify your appointment today and asked if you could come early, it was then you were advised that the vehicle was being redeemed by the owner , WE do not control what the lenders do , we provide a service just like your company does , when you were advised that you would not be able to show up earlier then your already schedule appointment time and then that the vehicle in question was being redeemed by the owner , you caught a little attitude yourself , but I am sure you already have all the needed contact information for the vehciles owner , so once they have possession of the vehicle back you can simply arrange with them to remove your device - Have a better Day !!!!
I had my vehicle repoed by them. After I got caught up with the bank I tried calling them the next day couldn't get ahold of them I left a voicemail I did get a call back but in my finances truck I couldn't hear it ring, so I called back and left another voicemail never received a call back then they closed for the day. So I called 4 times the next morning left one more voicemail. Finally the 4th time the second day they answered. As have been in the towing industry before with my parents towing company that they had for 30 years before they retired from it and having to call so many times for 2 days is ridiculous. All calls should be answered even if you have to put them on a brief hold. Do better people just want to redeem their vehicles back. As a business do better! My legal name is Shawna Sundsted

Mar 25, 2024I looked into your claims , and the phone system showed you called at 8am and our office doesn't open until 9 am , and our staff actually did call you back 2 different times and neither call was answered, We are sorry that not every call is our office staff always able to answer , either being on other calls or out in the lot helping someone , but we do ensure that calls are returned for ones that elect to leave voicemails, and I understand that Towing companies answer every single phone call because they are a public service business , they most the time have someone specifically who just sits by the phone to answer calls , however we are not a towing company and we do not offer public services , so our office staff have many other duties on top of answering the phones and sometimes things do get hectic or they are busy out in the lot - Sorry for any of the headache or hassle

Aug 25, 2023I am sorry, some days our office gets very busy with appointments and everything else, all our staff make it a point to try and answer every phone call and return every voicemail we receive , depending on which voicemail you left your message in - if your issue has not been resolved by now please feel free to give us a call again so we can get your issue taken care of - Have A Great Day !
They waited til the middle of the night to take my car (which is fair, I was waiting to get paid 2 days later and catch up on payments) and the guy towing was nice enough to let me throw all of my belongings in my yard while it was dark outside and i worked the next morning. Never did tell me who he was with (besides 'the repo company') until I called the bank and asked who had my car to figure out who to pay. I called and asked how much and was told very rudely by the girl that answers the phone that I could contact my bank for that info. When I explained the bank told me to call the tow company she said, "well I don't know why they said that" extremely snarky and redirected me to the bank again. I called the bank for an itemized list of charges (and they quoted $40). When I called the repo company (after I made my appointment to pick my car back up) I was quoted $100 ($50 redemption fee?? And $25/day) when I brought up that the tow company told me to call the bank to get the price in the first place, the same girl just rudely said that she wasn't affiliated with the bank and never explained why I had to pay a $50 fee to have my property returned to me or why there was a $50 discrepancy between the two prices quoted...I understand you guys have a job to do, but the girl up front is super unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. How about before giving people the run around, you double check that the company you're towing/repossessing for has the correct cost, so people in a tough situation don't get stuck in the middle when they're just trying to get their belongings back.
Absolutely one of the worst towing services I have ever had to deal with!! I called about 6 times when they opened at 9 am before I was finally able to get in touch with someone.. I don’t understand why you need to make appointments when a vehicle needs to just be picked up?? It only takes a few minutes to sign a couple papers..

My boyfriend paid off his late fees the day his car was towed. We tried to pick it up at the end of the day, we weren’t able to which was understandable. We both tried calling the next day to see if he can get his car since the car company faxed info saying he could get his car. They didn’t answer his 2 calls around 9am so I called an hour later and got ahold of a woman and I asked if we could get his car and she said I’m not talking to you since you’re not on the account. I said he’s tried calling but no one answered and she said well obviously no one was in the office. I asked for her name and she hung up on me.

May 25, 2023Our office legally are not able to discuss anyones account with anyone other than those people listed on the account as submitted to our office , and while our office opens at 9am , first thing in the morning we are very busy and do not get to everyone's call either because we our in the lot or on another call , but we do try our best to return calls for messages left and get the phone answered as best we can - Thank you

This repo came at 3:30AM & woke up the whole neighborhood with lights and horns. What repo business comes at 3:30 in the morning to let the the whole neighborhood know what you are doing??? Make it make sense!! If you need to make your presence known then do it at a reasonable time. Crazy that you think I was wasn't woken up by you.. And your rude comments back just shows how unprofessional you carry yourself. Im in the process of finding out who hired you so I can file a grievances with them.

May 25, 2023I can help you make sense of it , as I understand it one of our agents was securing a vehicle nearly 4-5 houses away from you , NO HORNS were used at all , the agent located the vehicle he was sent to secure , backed up to it and secured it and then activated his overhead lights on the tow truck , which is for SAFETY of our agents , now days , so many people think their vehicles are getting stolen , by activating their overhead lights lets people know WE ARE NOT THERE TO STEAL ANYTHING by making our presence known , now you took it upon yourself to walk all the way down the street to take a picture of our tow truck , again that had ZERO to do with you , our agent did NOT wake you up , you must have been looking for something to do @ 3AM - Have A Great Rest of Your Day !!!
