They’re nice, honest, and always faster than what they say.
Bonner: Great service, great price. Why... because I'm patient... these guys have to work on your car... and man the garage counter and auto center counters. It's first come...first serve...so... If you want a quick lube... go to a quick lube...then your car won't be in line.. waiting on somebodies tire services.. I saw a guy who bought groceries inside and ice cream... and his car wasn't ready for another 45 minutes... and he was mad... hey people... expect to wait... or better yet... drop off your car...I've gotten 12 tires during 2 years now, here @ bonner (5 family cars) and occasional oil changes..no problems.. Hint....It opens at 7am. I dropped this review because I'm looking at the tires I need online... I need 4 more tires... see you there at 7:15... ...and the only thing walmart should do is give them more workers and a dedicated desk person.
Every employee I spoke with except one were Horrible. Literally so disrespectful. I don’t want to sound like a Karen but coming from someone in that also works customer service and in automotive, the people in this auto center cannot be trusted with vehicles and I seriously doubt their knowledge of automotive repair. Eva, however, literally was so chill and very friendly and helpful! I felt instantly relieved when I saw she was there. Keep up the good work. THIS GIRL DESERVES A RAISE!

Long wait
Our tire appt was for 9am. We arrived at 845. Our car was pulled in 1005, tires were done by 11am. Car rides nice, tires were balanced well, we shopped for 2 hours. Saves $500 vs Goodyear store.
You can't beat their price, but they are not the fastest crew out there. If your in a hurry, then wait until another day or find someone who offers express lanes. Customer service was good and they got the job done correctly though.
i got there at before 06:00 pm. want to put 2 new tires. guy said you are not going to get your tire tonight. he don't even look what tire size on my car. Awsome service. Maybe he is so smart.
