Great mechanics
The shopcat pissed all over our seats, blankets and hats. They tried to cover it up with pine/evergreen freshner, and didn't tell us it happened. They had the vehicle for multiple days and we spent thousands of dollars for the work done. My husband brought the vehicle home and mentioned the heavy smell. Hours later, I get in and I knew immediately it was cat piss. The backseat covers, backseat, blankets, and hats were soaked. How many days did that cat piss in our vehicle!? I know now, it is to the point, that the smell may never leave because it's too far into the cushion of the seats. My husband tried to call them for a week and no one is answering his calls. Eagle wash scrubbed over it three times and the smell is still obvious. We tried baking soda and Pooph also but it didn't work. We thought we found an reasonable and honest mechanic.
