They did an excellent job. The fix appeared to be a software update from a technical service bulletin and the truck ran fine until that night when I got a hose and started washing out mud from the fenders the trouble code returned. I took it back the next morning without an appointment and they got it in quickly. The technician was only told it may be water related under the truck bed. I don’t know how he found it but a wire that tested fine on a meter was failing internally and he found the location, cut out and spliced in new wire and the problem is gone. Ben communicated the status all the time the truck was in, they got approval before extra costs and gave me options on how to pay and pick up at my convenience. First time I’ve used them as I do most of my own routine maintenance but Myers in Andover will be seeing my vehicles in the future. Well done!

I needed a flat patch and was low on funds and they told me where I could get it patched for free simply because they care more about people than making a few bucks
