I went here for a quote for my car it had got rear-ended and the person I talked to was one of the most honest person I had talked to and showed me what he was talking about and explained why very respectful

I had my 2018 dodge charger worked on due to being hit by another car, took almost a month for the repairs to be finished and I do understand we were waiting on modified sticker/emblems but there’s very noticeable orange peel all around the car and marks in a circle form as if they set the buffer down at an angle before it was finished being used they then released the car to me and said they would contact me when the emblems arrived still have not heard from them been over a month I’ve contacted them twice not very happy with my experience.

Would I recommend them to my friend? The answer is no. I gave 3 stars for the friendly lady at the front desk. But the guy that talked to me and helped me with my car was not very nice. I think his name is Dallas. I gave him our car warranty to call and I am pretty sure he didn’t follow the directions on the number to connect to the company. Anyway, that’s fine. But the way he talked to me was so rude. “ I don’t have all day to call them and waiting on the phone”..bla bla. While it only took me 5 seconds to connect to them. The only reason I come here because my husband specifically wanted to go to Toyota body part for our Toyota car. But I will not be back. This is not how you talk to your customer.

My car got hit in a parking lot by someone, and I had never had to deal with insurance or with having to get my car fixed for that matter. Eddy's was the first place I called since I saw they have great reviews, and I was not let down. I had an amazing customer experience with the shop. David was my primary contact, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was being taken care of. On top of fixing the front right fender, they got the dent out of the left side as well, which was not from the incident in the parking lot. I was so excited and grateful to find that my car looks basically back to normal. Eddy's will definitely be my go-to shop with any future car repairs!

Absolutely professional group of guys and gals. Dallas Fullhart is the estimator that helped me, and he was on point and knew his stuff. I also want to add that they are the only collision company I'm aware of that takes walk-ins. Everyone else was trying to book me a week or more out. When your car is wrecked and you're dealing with the other person's insurance you want this wrapped up asap
