The team at Christian Brothers is very kind and professional in everything they do, from greeting a customer to doing a great job on my car’s air conditioner to giving me rides home and picking me back up when my car was ready. Every single person I dealt with made me feel important and treated me with the utmost courtesy! I would highly recommend Christian Brothers to my friends and family!

The staff was very welcoming when I walked into the shop. They were through with on what they were going to do with my oil change service and also offered me additional services if needed. They asked me if needed any thing to drink while waiting for my car. I felt more like a guest then just a customer. After the oil change was done there were a couple of things they suggested to get done to my car. They emailed and also printed out what was recommended with pricing for the next service on the car. I have gone here twice and the service both times was absolutely wonderful. All the guys are so nice and I was honestly surprised at how quickly they were able to do the job done as fast as they did with how busy they were (I needed some big under-the-hood parts replaced). I appreciate how they send you an invoice breaking down every charge and they explain it to you before deciding whether you want that done or not. I will definitely be coming here again if I need to!

Wonderful service, the best I’ve had taking a vehicle in for service in a very long time. I took my truck in for the A/C not working and I got a thorough explanation of the troubleshooting work and pricing. After the troubleshooting, repair pricing was average and I wasn’t hounded to get other things repaired that they noticed in the inspection. When I went to pick up the vehicle Anthony was very polite again and remembered me. I will definitely return to get some of that work done at a later time. Thank you for taking care of my truck.

Very courteous and professional from the start to the finish. The customer service is exceptional even offering a free shuttle service if you need a ride. They took the time to do a full diagnostic test on my issues and were fast with the results. Even though I couldn't get everything I needed fixed I was able to choose what was most important to me and now I have a list of what needs to be done when I have the ability too. They fixed what I asked and did it in a professional efficient way that made me feel like a very satisfied customer. Moving forward I'll definitely trust Christian Brothers with my all around needs for any automotive work in the future. Thanks again to the team out east for a truly wonderful experience.
