My truck was in the shop being covered by the other parties insurance. Adrian and Matt were very helpful and knowledgeable. They did a great job fixing my truck, however there was a problem with getting the parts, so it took longer than expected, and I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on, and how long it would take. Overall, they did a great job but better communication regarding the parts delay would have bumped them to a five star rating.

Jay, Thank you for the good review and constructive feedback! Part issues have been a nuisance on everybody's end. This is especially true when the part has been discontinued and we need to search all over for a solution. The frustration it creates is understandable. We greatly value when customers are able to help us do better in the future. I do apologize if we failed to communicate to your expected standards.
