I cannot say enough good about RC Auto. It already was my go-to body shop in Manhattan, but this last time was maybe the most memorable. Long story short, Russ made a mistake and ended up eating it at substantial cost to him/ the business. The way he explained why he would do that and how he runs his business was pure gold. A five star review is the least I can do! Oh and the actual body work was top-notch. Probably ought to mention that too. 😄

Best service in town. Courteous, communicative, and efficient. Russ even touched up a scratch for me (for free), on top of everything else my insurance covered. RC Auto Body will forever be my first choice should I ever need body work again.

Russ and the crew did an absolutely amazing job. My Mazdas front bumper was crunched in an accident and they made it just like new
