Alan Clark Body Shop made repairs to our hotel shuttle van. Their work is high quality, and their service is exceptional. We later experienced some issues with the door to our van. A technician went out of his way to get us going again without us having any downtime. Took car in for minor work on bumper that they did wrong about 18 months ago. Since they were bought out they wouldn’t correct it. So they fixed part of the problem but didn’t touch the other part of the bumper. Shame on me for assuming an obvious repair need would get fixed in its entirety. Service rep was condescending and acted like I should have known better. Save yourself the headache and shaming and go elsewhere. Pictures are after the work was done and said I needed to tell them to fix it.

Brian, From your photos the front bumper has been impacted after the repair from 2 years. The bumper cover has multiple rock chips, curb rash, and the bent chrome and the crack in the grill are visible from your photos. We offered to replace the grill and its trim at a cost to you of $500.00. You had declined the repairs. If you change your mind in the future we would be glad to assist you.
