Frank is awesome! He got me in the same day to take a look at my car when everyone else was booked which I really appreciated. Due to the cold weather it didn’t actually need any work on it, but he was very knowledgable and honest when explaining everything to me. I will definitely be back if my car has any other troubles! Frank is a knowledgeable, dedicated and compassionate person. He inspected my car for free when I was in a tight spot financially. Not only that, he found out what was making my car shake on the highway and was able to fix it that day! I plan on bringing my car to him from now on. Also his dog and wife are great too!

Update years later: still 100% true. Frank is such a kind, flexible, and honest person to work with. Despite having a fair amount of car knowledge, I don't even like to walk into the auto parts store without my husband, due to how condescending most men are towards women about cars. Frank never makes you feel that way, speaks to you like a real human, and explain things just right. He'll break down for you what needs to be fixed now, what can wait a bit, and what isn't necessary. You'll never feel pressured into a purchase. My car started making a scary noise on a Thursday morning, I was able to stop by that evening to get a quick diagnosis and quote, get scheduled for Saturday, and was driving again Saturday evening. All for at least half the price of anywhere else in town. I tell everyone I know about how great the service is. Give Frank a shot, you won't regret it!
