I’ve only had good experiences at Dale and Ron’s. The mechanics walked me through what needed to be done and they let me know what future work was on the horizon. I really appreciate that I didn’t experience high-pressure up-selling like I have at more corporate shops. They are definitely my go-to mechanics and if they can’t fix it, they’ll give me great recommendations on where to go.
