Very professional business and not to mention great work. they got it in the next day, and completed within 24 hours of work schedule my appointment

Let me start by saying the one star is because we had to put one to be able to review. We took our 4Runner in to have the drivers side mirror fixed and to have a scratch on the back tailgate fixed. We received an estimate of around $700. We then received a call saying they broke the trim on the tailgate so the price was going to be closer to $1,100. I then spoke to them on the phone and explained to them I couldn't comprehend why something they broke was my responsibility and after much back and forth was told they had to speak to the owner and they would call me back. Three and a half hours later I called back and was told the price would be the original estimate. We went and picked it up today and the total bill was $1,138.83. The guy at the counter said there were some other issues they had to fix. Then to add injury to insult he tried to patronize me by explaining "how estimates work". Bottom line: Do not take your vehicle here. They are liars and will cheat you into paying for their mistakes.

For the past few years, Jayhawk has been the only place our family has used for glass/body repairs. Repairs are quick with reasonable pricing and good service. Unfortunately, when retrieving my late Dad's vehicle this morning after an overnight stay for a new windshield, we discovered the vehicle had been gone through and was missing multiple personal (pictures, documents) and non-personal items (phone chargers, coins, etc.). We are not placing blame on the business, but more disappointed our vehicle was accessible for this to happen. We will not be returning to Jayhawk.

Got an estimate for 2 small scratches. They used to be the best in town at a very reasonable price, but, this time they quoted $1053 for the 2 scratches. Found a different body shop that is fixing it for half that amount.

Had to have a new windshield put in. Got me in two days after I called.

We were in an accident with another car. The accident was actually the other persons fault.... even the police report said so, however, because the person was a client of our company.. my boss did not want any issues or headaches so we agreed to repair the other persons car. Jayhawk told us how much it would cost... we paid it IN FULL and we got a call a few days later saying we had to come up with more money, we said no because we paid what we were told it would cost. The owner or whoever called us said "WOW...REALLY...THATS A D*CK MOVE!!!". We were stunned at being treated that way. We had already chosen to pay for an accident that wasnt our fault...we chose to use Jayhawk and now we are being told that we were making a "D*ck move"!!!

They do not do what they say they are going to do. Don’t use this shop nothing but complaints is all I ever hear about this place! Said they where going to give estimate but they where to lazy to do. What they said and then didn’t have the curtsy to call, and say they where not going to do what they said they where going to do.

They do Great work and a good price

The guys at Jayhawk are great to work with!! I brought in my car for a repair on a driver's side window and they were kind and efficient. Got my car back in one day. Highly recommend.
