My last repair shop ended up just doing a bunch of work and when I come to pick it up wanted $800 and they didn’t even call me.

Came in for an oil change, with an appointment at 11, still here 2 hours later. Then they try to say I need a GDI that cost 152 dollars. Also, every customer that has been in here in the 2 hours I’ve been here has been charged or suggested additional expenses/services. *I originally gave them a one star. I had left O'Bryan's very unsatisfied. The following day I got a personal phone call from Sean. He refunded my money and thoroughly talked through the experience I had and genuinely wanted to correct the situation. If you are unsatified with the services, speak up, they are looking to improve their buisness.

Wonderful people! Got my car running smooth again! Flushed oil and got the shuddering in the motor to stop. Runs great now and even improved the gas mileage. Great place to take your auto!

Update 3: the owner has reached out to me and we’ll well past above and beyond in trying to make up for the incident. He accepted responsibility for his employees actions, apologized, and offered to try and fix the issue. Long story short, while the events that triggered my 1 star review sucked, the owner has turned this into a 5 star experience. This averages to a 4-star review! Update 2: response to owners claim in the reply: it was the owner that told me everything was fine. He went so far as to claim his truck did the same thing and that I shouldn't worry about it. Thank God I did worry about it though; the problem was with a part of the breaking system. Their lack of caring and concern could have led to a terrible accident. Update: the problem they fixed came back! I took my car back in and they told me the new issue wasn’t related to the old issue. Got a second opinion: the second mechanic pulled out the part they fixed to find it had a “ripped diaphragm” and was in fact defective. Review changed to 1* based on a lack of ownership of the problem and trying to gas light me by saying, “all cars make that noise.” Either they aren’t experts or they are liars, either way I’d never go back. —previous Review: 5*, Offered a fast reliable repair at a reasonable price.

Went in for an oil change and they checked over the whole vehicle for us without chargin us except for our oil change all for $40. And had my other vehicle lookin GREAT after the repairs they had to do. Great people and amazin work. The best automotive shop I've been to. Definitely recommend them for anything. They put a new rack and pinion in alignment was free with a 3 yr 36,000 mile warranty. Great work very helpful and gave me a loaner car for me to get to work. I will take all my work there.

I got a ticket in town for a headlight burned out and was able to get in quickly to get it replaced and I also got an oil change while I was there. I’d had my daughter taking the car to another shop and they were charging $100 for an oil change And they couldn’t even replace the headlight bulb. I called O’Bryan in Pittsburgh and they were able to get me in the same day two new headlight bulbs and an oil change for under $100!
