I highly recommend collision crashers! I was unfortunately involved in a hit and run and dropped my car off. I had never been through this experience before. They were prompt, efficient, timely, thoughtful, and did a beautiful job on my car.

I try to step up an appointment with them and the receptionist was so rude unfriendly that I just had to call another location to get help with my vehicle. I would not recommend setting up your appointment through that location. I would say call another location and see if the can call for you instead of dealing that receptionist who I may add never told me her name. Also asked for a manager to get in contact with me but have yet to hear from him. Called back hours later and was put on hold and forgotten.

Excellent customer service and the car was perfectly repaired. Car was also very clean when returned. Office staff were very accommodating when handling my insurance issues.

Not sure why one of your sales guys would come tell me at a bar that yall put aftermarket parts on your cars when the customer requested nonaftermarket parts. Said the customer wouldn't know the difference! SMH
