On my way through Emporia my trailer developed a significant air leak. I managed to get myself parked at a Flying J but didn't feel I could safely move any further. Mike at Hoyt's had a service truck and tech out to me in no time. The tech (Hoyt himself I was later told) had me patched up enough to safely move onto their nearby shop within 20 minutes. Once at the shop the work was completed quickly and competently. When there was a problem with payment due to a third party I used to arrange the repairs, Mike was gracious enough to stay late while the issue was resolved with no complaints. I have already mentioned to my company's maintenance department that Hoyt's in Emporia and Topeka should be top of mind when looking for a shop in either of these cities. Good shops are hard to come by and Hoyt's is most assuredly one of the good ones. I highly recommend.

I really appreciate this guys. Very good job. Came to this guys with my truck with multiple electrical failure not even cranking the starter. They take care of my truck until I get out from the shop with my truck running. They are all nice guys and friendly, even that 2 dogs are friendly. Thanks a lot. I really recommend them .
