When I got there it was full of cars so I expected to be waiting a while before getting any help, but to my surprise Justen the general manager came right out took a quick look at my damage, explained the process of how they work with the insurance company and made the whole overall process really easy. The best part of this experience was dealing with Justen, his attitude and demeanor showed excellent customer service skills and showed he truly loves what he does, which is sometimes hard to find I'm the customer service industry.
