Excellent body shop, the amount of hail damage that they repaired was impressive. We were kept informed of the progress, and our Explorer was delivered on time.

Avoid this place like the plague. They told me that the wheel well liner was damaged before the deer that I hit. They told me that I hit a curb. I do not hit curbs and the only damage to the car was from the deer. They also replaced my new windshield washer reservoir and told me it was because the brackets were broken, except I was looking at the intact one, because I requested to keep all the old parts. They lie and cheat to increase the cost and charge extra to the insurance company. Plus the work took twice as long as they said it would and the paint has several imperfections. Which when it chips I am sure they will declare rock chips to get out of fixing the subpar work. I will never go to this place again, they are rude and dishonest. As you can see the response from Alan Clark Body shop is defensive. I did not exaggerate anything in my review, I did complain to the service manager and there was no responsibility taken for any of the lies I was told, there is no way I would call again to get more dishonesty. Furthermore; I posted my experience to Facebook and have several friends who have had the same rotten experience with this place. I reintegrate, go elsewhere unless you like to be taken advantage of and your insurance company being overcharged.

Hi Bessie, we determined the fender liner was not related to the accident and the windshield washer reservoir installed previously was not correct. This was all documented in pre repair photos. We did get these items fixed at no charge to you. The vehicle was dropped off on 7/25 and was picked up on 8/1. It took 5 business days to complete the job as scheduled. We do not warranty rock chips and damage caused by something hitting the car after repair. If you have further questions or concerns, please reach out.

the only reason i wont give 5 stars is because i left a tire pressure gauge in my car when it was wrecked, went to pick up my belongings a couple days after once my car was declared totaled and it was no longer there. other than that, staff was friendly and answered all my questions in a respectful manner

Adolfo, thank you for the review. The vehicle was dropped off to our location by an outside towing company. We have never, nor will ever steal personal belongings from a customers vehicle.

Everyone i talked to was polite and helpful. The repair was done so well I can't tell that it is not in its original form. Fast repair service is also a plus.

If I could give zero stars, believe me, I would. These people are a joke. After promising my 19 year old daughter her car in 8 days, they have now had it for 21. (For the repair and painting of two doors.) They then promised it would be ready on day 17. Then day 21, and NOW not until day 22. Instead of being adults, they are hiding behind the teenage art of texting these notifications in order to not have to hear what her father has to say about the delays, since the account is listed under his phone number. There have been no explanations since the second delay. People have lives, you know? A 19 year old shouldn't have to rely on family, friends, and Ubers in order to get to class, work, appointments, and other day to day activities. Heck, even if we'd rented her a car, she'd have been on her fourth one with these delays. We will NEVER use these people again, which is a shame since they are local. Think twice before even getting a quote from them. There are other local businesses that we've used in the past that we never had a problem with. I'm sure the people that recommended them to us will be appalled at this situation. Guess I'll see if her dad gets a text in response to this review. Ridiculous.

Kristen, Unfortunately the delay on this car was the availability of parts that pass our high standards. During the repair process it was found the replacement parts were not usable. After ordering replacement parts twice we finally were able to get good parts to complete the repair. Texting followed up by a call is our preferred method of communication. Our records show your number was not involves with this communication. We are dealing with unprecedented parts supply issues that have delayed some repairs for multiple months.
