Had a awesome experience! The staff were so friendly! And their service was very professional! They care about their customers! 10 out of 10 this is my go to Automotive center for now on! Highly recommended!

Made the appt online and they were professional and courteous as soon as I walked through the door, there was no waiting for them to start the job unlike other places regardless of if you had an appointment or not. They kept me informed of its progress when they were done with the first task before starting the second one and was done within the timeframe they said it would be.

This place is great for what it is. Premium price, premium service. Excellent hours. With that comes high cost. Their lobby looks better than most dealerships. They have a shuttle they know what they’re doing.

We had taken my fiancés suv in Monday for quite a few things. They were very honest and upfront about everything wrong and pricing. They went over all pricing before starting anything on the vehicle. Wednesday, the car was making the same/similar movements again. They got us in Thursday morning and worked with us and fixed the problem. Thursday we picked up the vehicle, the movements were gone but there was a loud noise that hadn’t been there before. We took it back this morning and they spent all day working on it trying to figure out what was going on. As of now, everything is finally fixed and working properly. As much of an inconvenience this was with work schedules, finances, etc… everyone we encountered was always polite, honest, calm, and so so helpful. They worked with us without any questions asked. This was our first experience here and although we were here multiple times (we do not believe these were problems arising after being worked on more so it’s an older vehicle), the customer service made us loyal customers.

Took my car in on Thursday morning with the check engine light on. Was met with a smile and how can I help you. Explained my cars issue and was told they would be able to check it out. Give me a ride to work and called back with issue and I told them to go ahead with the service. I picked it up on Saturday. I met with the same kindness.Grade A service from them

I forgot the man name that I was talking to on the phone but he was the same one that checked me out when my service was done. He has did a great job on letting me know that my tire maybe able to be repair, instead of buying a new tire. I appreciate his advice. Once I brought it in he said he can repair it. Just by him taking the extra step to finding out the problem and trying different way to solve it other than getting a new tire. I will be doing all of my auto business with this company in the future. Customer service was a great experience & a good impact on my Saturday afternoon. I hope he keeps up the good work
