Great people and very helpful
Wish we would have read reviews before taking my son’s car to Bud’s. Bud’s performed over $800 worth of repairs that my son did not authorize, while never performing the one test he asked them to. When we picked up the car, they were condescending to my college-age son, who has rebuilt cars with my husband, when he questioned why they did not do the work originally requested. Less than a week later, the check engine light and same error code are back again. Don’t waste your time and money.
Good at what they do and fair with their price, wish we had found them right when we moved into town.
Buds auto service did a very good job in taking care of us as customers, their price was fair, and it was obvious they wanted to make sure they our car would n as good as possible. They were thorough in their diagnosis and explanation as well. We will be return customers for sure
will not install parts customer has already bought so they can’t upcharge you on the part itself. find a different place
I was recommended to Buds by Walmart when I needed some help on my car. Right off the bat they were nothing but helpful! Sadly my car needs a lot of work but they explained everything to me , even when I asked if it’s just time for me to get a new car. I will 100% only be going to see them from oil changes to all the big things my car needs . They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable!
you all need to answer your phones I've been calling off the hook for the past few days this is not professional
They overcharge for parts/charge for services they do NOT complete. They charged me $60 over price for a part from the store, charged me for doing brakes that they did not fix/do at all. I asked them not to order a part/repair a piece because i could do it myself and they still charged/did the repair.
Horrible customer service!! 8am scheduled appointment and not seen until 1:30 pm Gave another chance when promised a part would be in… computer down so he didn’t know Never again!!!
